Stoneway Capital Corporation operates as a fixed lease provider for the Independent Owner/Operator Semi-Truck industry known as over-the-road or long-haul trucking. We conduct business on a national scale primarily focused on the Western and Southern Regions. Our Security Agreements are backed by heavy initial up-front equity, short, amortized repayment periods, hard income-producing asset security and other enhancements to increase collateralizations.

As an Investor, your investment is backed by these perfected security agreements, each standing on their own merit and are acquired by the Investor on a direct basis.  This business model has withstood the multitude of economic uncertainties presented over three decades. To date, not one single investor has suffered a principal dollar loss.

The Investor is not charged any points and there are no service fees of any kind. This is a straight purchase paper or participation investment.  The Investor begins to realize yield on day one of the investment with interest earnings that can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually depending on income needs and tax considerations.

SWC warrants that the various Agreements are genuine and represent a valid obligation of a bona fide Lessee. All names, addresses, amounts, dates, signatures and other statements and facts are true and correct; the collateral has been delivered and accepted by the Lessee; the Agreement and any guaranty in connection are enforceable in accordance with their terms. The Agreement complies in all respects with applicable laws and regulations and is and will remain free from any liens, setoffs, counterclaims and other defense. SWC has the right to assign the Agreement and convey good title to the Investor free of all liens and encumbrances.
